What happened to the older guy who was in all the previous instalments but not this one?
He can be seen in some of the flashbacks but none of the 'present day' stuff. Bald guy. Bad teeth.
He is the one holding Sean back during the attack scene at the end of the film.
Saw the dedication at the end and thought that might be him but other posts suggest not.
He's at the wedding, though you really have to look hard to see him.

His name is banjo and he has been in all instalments apart from 90 as he did not fit in anymore so he moved on from the gang but returned at the end for lols wedding
