In the blurb for this series it says Woody and Milky open a scooter shop, but I don't remember any mention of this.

Yeah. Its kinda fraudelent actually. As an avid scooter enthusiast, i checked out this show merely to see how it handled the struggling scooter business in the early 90s. It left me very disappointed to say the least.
