Would you watch a new Star Wars movie set between Attack Of The Clones and Revenge Of The Sith?

As long as George Lucas has some small input on it, but doesn't write it or direct it and the Prequel Actors return as the main cast and no one that was involved with making the Sequels are involved in this new Star Wars movie.

I think that would be awesome and I definitely think Disney owes the fans a truly good Star Wars movie that reminds everyone of the awesome things that came out of the Prequels after making a completely souless, poorly written, SJW-feminst-driven Original Trilogy rip-off.

To be honest I want to see a movie that took place between episode 1 and 2 that's a very untapped area of time there

Preferably neither. But I'd chose the prequels simply because of a coherent, if badly rendered plot across all three movies.
Disney's trilogy's plot fills at most 1 movie, and half of that is borrowed from the OT.
