A really good star wars movie if you can switch your brain off

And look past the weakish plot , watched it again and its loads of fun , 1st watched i was disappointed with palps back from the dead , force healing , palps getting killed by his own lightening, snoke just a puppet.

2nd viewing i went in there and ignored my own nitpicking and wow irs a really fun star wars movie, felt satisfied at the end

For me the second viewing was also much better. That didn't work as well with me for TLJ, where I still have to groan at various parts of the film.

Now that's a good film, Gene Hackman is brilliant.

But i agree, how can you like a film and then make excuses like, just ignore the story, writing, plot, acting amd so on, that is so silly. All that basically means is you wanted to like the movie and so are making excuses to justify you liking it.

You remove those things from the movie and all you are left with are the credits and flashy cgi, people are so easily pleased these days.
