I'm glad Daisy's had her privilege checked.

White Women, middle-class and higher, are the most privileged group of humans ever to have walked the planet.

Minority Women, especially, need to start calling-out their white sisters for the pampered and out-of-touch class that they are.

We especially need to start hiring minority women over white women at every opportunity so that our workplaces reflect our communities.

White Women should also be made to register for Selective Service, to make sure they contribute in kind for taking more than their fair share of the resources and opportunities from their less fortunate minority sisters.

This whole fucking concept is ridiculous, and it's just another way to try and generalize people by race, gender, etc...all the while not knowing a damn thing that any individual has been through in their life. They're a bunch of pathetic morons, and the worst kinds of hypocrites. They are destroying society.

Daisy was ambushed by a smart arse journalist by the name of Nosheen Iqbal who asked her a loaded "no win" question that Daisy was in no way prepared for. From what I read Daisy stumbled through her confusion and gave a fairly garbled response.

I imagine Daisy was immediately put on the defensive by the question. The suggestion that she has got to where she is purely as a result of her race and birth into a well off family she would have instinctively reacted against. Because she knows just how hard she worked to get where she is. That is why she instinctively spoke against the idea and fell into the trap.

Did John Boyega have it tougher than Daisy Ridley ? Almost certainly but that doesn't diminish her achievement at getting to where she is at all.

If this is the way Daisy is going to be treated by slimy journalists she will have to be much more careful about who she agrees to do interviews with. Or just trot out the same bland cookie cutter boring and meaningless responses that most of them do. And now we know why they do it.
