It's certainly possible. Unlike some of Disney's other properties, this won't be bailed out by a terrific overseas gross making up for an underperforming domestic take.

The Lion King...Maleficent 2...Frozen 2 are really beginning to show that Disney has a growing DOMESTIC problem. For whatever reason, the international markets are going bananas for the Disney brand, but domestically something is amiss.

Not sure if it will flop but I am shocked to see the complete lack of presales at my local chain. Just went to reserve a couple of seats (not for myself) on the opening Friday and there's hardly any taken - maybe at best 20% or so on the 8pm showing. Just as bad on the Thursday night!

Was not like that ahead of TFA or TLJ...
