Comparing Luke fucking off to Yoda fleeing to Dagobah and Kenobi going to Tattooine makes no sense.
Yoda didn't go into hiding until the war was lost and he was facing certain death if he didn't do so.
Kenobi was on a mission, watching over Luke, and also was in a similar position to Yoda.
Luke gave up and went to some remote place in the galaxy to mope when the battle was barely getting started. Totally out of character for him.
I keep coming across this point and decided I need to vent a little. I don't know why. The Last Jedi being mid is not anything new. Sorry.
