In the first I more or less thought of her as a teenager, but in a few of these shots, she looked kind of "momsy". I know its only 2 years between movies but sometimes we go from looking one age group to another and it can be a big jump.

Not necessarily a vast difference in appearance- she's still a lightly built woman.
LOL. Initially it seemed that Chewbacca captured and cooked his own Porg, but now I see that maybe he discovered this restaurant you speak of. ;) I believe that the island's nuns may have been branching off into another enterprise besides holy island upkeep. ;)
She looked more "solid" in appearance and demeanour in TLJ. Not really digging her costume though I realise it's the scavenger garb she has been wearing before and since leaving Jakku - she probably has not had a chance to select other clothing better suited and/or more advantageous to her current activities.
