Dobbu Scay was a small male alien in Canto Bight who mistook BB-8 for a slot machine.[1]

In Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, Dobbu Scay was voiced by Mark Hamill, who also portrayed Luke Skywalker. Scay's name is an anagram for the film's editor Bob Ducsay.

Got this from wookipedia...I thought scooby doo also...but when it's spelled correctly...not so much😉
