What happened to...
Luke's hand? Specifically, his cybernetic one?
shareHis cybernetic hand is on his wrist https://dorksideoftheforce.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/319/files/2017/10/Rey-hand-Luke-the-lightsaber.jpg
shareAh.. at the end of the movie. His cloak blows away in the wind, but his hand?
shareIt would be funny to see it fall off the rock.
However, it seems he did disappear with the rest of his clothing. Obi-Wan took his clothing and only left his cloak, and Yoda took his robe he was wearing.
So I guess Luke took his hand too. Maybe his Force ghost will have the robotic hand? After all, Yoda still has his walking stick.
Good point, although it does seem odd something mechanical can vanish that way.
Which raises the question, will he have his original hand back should he return as an apparition, in the same way Annakin appeared (i.e. not looking like Vader) ( and before Lucas replaced that actor with Hayden) ?
Probably will have his hand. I'm sure the ghost of his hand has been waiting for him!
Now you've made me wonder why Sebastian Shaw got replaced at the end of Return of the Jedi, but not Alec Guinness being replaced by Ewan MacGregor.
