Rank The Returned (Fr), The Returned (US) and Resurrection

The Returned (Fr) has been an absolutely amazing show. I started to get worried that the writers didn't know where they were going, but the season 2 finale restored any faith I had lost.

Resurrection started off strong in it's first season, but season 2 was a drag and I could tell the writers didn't know where they were going. Ultimately though, I did actually enjoy the season 2 finale, and I thought it was a somewhat satisfying conclusion. Therefore, I ranked it higher than The Returned (US). Overall, I'd give Resurrection a 7, because I enjoyed the 1st season, and the season 2 ending was decent.

The Returned (US) was just disappointing. It got rid of all the eeriness and the artistic direction of the original series. The acting was stale, and the new direction the writers chose to take wasn't all that interesting.

Apparently you haven't seen In the Flesh yet, which is a British zombie show, and actually my favorite among all of them.

I don't know if I really want to invest my time in a show that got canceled.

Resurrection had a strong pilot, but there was really only one interesting returned character in the first season (Rachel), and it was a mediocre network show. I did not watch season 2. Returned (US), was a lot better than people give the show credit for, I think people confused not being as great as the original with the series being bad. It was easily a better show than Resurrection.
