I've rarely seen something so bad on TV.

How did this make it past one season?

Because not everyone has the same opinion as you. I enjoy his show a lot, and am happy it's back on, especially on the same night as Louie

May you receive all that Karma has to offer.

IFC really likes making shows that are just okay. Like, just enjoyable enough that they will get picked up for one last hopelessly unfunny season. I wouldn't be surprised if he kills himself in the last episode.

He's just doing a Woody Allen impression on steroids, so to joke about suicide is right up Maron's alley. I think the show's sense of, ahem, humor... is much more bleak and hopeless than anything I can post. Whatever hopelessness can be conveyed in comedy, Louie is doing it right, and shows like Maron and the already vanquished Legit are doing it wrong. Not sure why they bother really.
