Constant reuse of "Ray Romano's house"

I find it very amusing that so far they have used the house that was originally used for Ray Romano's house a total of three times now. Did they really have to do that? I find it hard to believe that they have such a restricted budget that they couldn't just use other places. Perhaps I'm wrong though.

Anyways, I do love the show an am very happy to see a fourth season.

Yes, it gets kind of a mystical feel from that, someone new living there all the time. It's just the guest character house :b pretty cold.

It was a creative choice by the producers. It's actually not a cheap house in which to shoot. The producers thought it would be funny if this house was constantly getting sold.
