Are there any episodes where the person is actually who they say they are?

Her photos and the information about her life was real, save for the fact that she was being evasive and avoiding meeting in real life due to her very real boyfriend. IIRC they decided to try to make it work, but she started dating someone else almost immediately after they met on the show.
