So i finished watching the movie and in that ending scene, i couldn't help but notice it was sorta the same as Killing them softly ending. with it being in slow motion and them being in a car with glass shattering everywhere. i read up the facts of the story of rob the mob and finding out that it was different from the movie.

fact is there car got shot near an intersection and the car was still rolling and another vehicle crashed into it.

i then couldn't help notice that if they used that ending it would be the exact same ending as Killing them softly.

For me, that was such a missed opportunity, would have been great seeing this translated to film "As they got to the intersection of Woodhaven Boulevard and 103rd Avenue, Dominick Pizzonia, a Gambino family capo, allegedly shot the couple several times in the head.Their bodies were discovered moments later when the car rolled through the intersection, collided with an oncoming vehicle, and came to rest against the front curb of nearby residence" Why they didn't use the actual events is beyond me... Perhaps to make it more subtle and poignant
