I have no clue how you came to the conclusion this Film was for "hipsters"..
I mean it's a gangster movie.
Nothing "hipster" about that...
Tommy Uva and Rose Marie were real life morons who thought they could embarris some very serious people with no repercussions ... They were wrong..
Not a bad movie and nothing hipster about it...

Definitely, nothing is more "hipster" than a movie that takes place in the early 90s about 2 idiots from a working class community who go out and rob Mafiosos.

I mean that is definitely hipster. Just like City of God is my favorite movie about yuppie culture.
