Could've done this.......

They could've drastically made this movie different from any other movie of its kind.

It starts here:
So, he injects her with a paralytic agent that hasn't taken effect yet. So, what if instead of him chasing her this whole movie like all others, why dont the story go with she defends herself, he's dead or seriously hurt. She doesnt know about the paralytic agent and she takes off to find help. The guy is either dead or seriously injured which will be found by someone at some point. But as she's walking to get back, the paralytic agent starts kicking in. She has no idea whats happening. So the movie becomes her surviving a night in the wilderness. And to make it interesting the effects dont wear off normally. She has an adverse effect to the paralytic agent that hampers her. Otherwise she'd just fall/stop somewhere and cant move or do anything for a few hours. That be boring. But if she had a adverse effect that wasnt normal, then she's struggling with motor functions as she's trying to navigate the wilderness and insects/animals within. Can make it suspenseful and real. Oh my, who would've thought.
