Slowly becoming the Saw franchise..

First off, they're not remakes, they're sequels just doing what the other one did, but change the story to continue the general storyline.

Secondly, SAW isn't the first to do this. Every horror franchise is the same. Ever heard of Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Child's Play, Leprechaun, Jaws, Hellraiser, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc. They're all like that. They all try to re-invent the same concept so that the essence of the horror is still unified to the whole series.

Whether you like it or not, SAW and PA are just 2 of the many horror series that have done the same thing they did, but a lot earlier.

If you wanna see a series that keeps remaking itself, check out Carrie. There have been 3 movies of it already. The original Sissy Spacek, followed by a made for TV one and then the one last year starring Chloe Grace Moretz.
