Was the Demon that possessed Jessie Toby?

It would of had to been, right? why else would Katie and Kristi show up in Anna's apartment and the word 'MEUS' which has been known to be a latin term for 'Mine' and was present in Paranormal Activity 2 which Ali found scratched into the door the day after Kristi's possession. There is the issue of Toby being last seen in 2011 at Nevada after killing the Nelson's and would of been busy there instead of Oxford California, but maybe Hunter wasn't the main key to his plans, maybe he was going to every first-born child that was marked by birth and controlling them one by one, until he had his own gigantic demonic army of men to bring fourth destruction, I mean, there would of been thousands of children that were born into the Coven through the pregnancies, especially the photo of Grandma Lois, Anna and Jessie's mother, so Toby could of easily been the one to take control of Jessie after taking Hunter for himself at the end of Paranormal Activity, some time in 2011.
