Which version should I watch first - theatrical or unrated?

I know the answer will probably be "neither," but if I have to watch one of them, which version should I watch first?

There are 3 Versions:

1. Theatrical
2. Extended
3. Extended (Alternate Ending)

Don't know about online streaming. Untouched bluray copy "40gb" is readily available as are 1080p rips (8-13gb), 720p (4-7gb) and.......yify rips (1-2gb.........ewwwww)
