You know the sq. footage of the house in a movie?

The much smaller house from the first movie went on sale last year in San Diego for $750,000.

And they pranked people during open house...

Maybe Emily's great grandmother was apart of The Coven like Katie and Kristi's family?

Toby did grant wealth and fortune to everyone who made the deal with him after all, why do you think the families have such giant houses?

Dennis recorded weddings and used Julie's money to buy the tapes, Daniel worked at a Burger King, Micah was a day trader and Katie was a teacher I'm pretty sure, they would of been able to make a living but those houses would of costed a fortune.

Well in the movie they said that they got the house for a super low price. And remember they tried to get back in touch with the real estate agent and she never worked at the real estate company?

reply

A super low price? Well, then again Katie under Toby's control would of wanted to get the Fleeges into the house and didn't care about the money, wouldn't they of signed papers and documents before buying the house though? I swear, the Directors need to make a MASSIVE timeline that makes the story more concise and easier to understand, I know it can make sense but we need some sort of timeline that connects all the events from 1992 to 2013.

It was never specified what they do but if they are in the San Diego area like the other movies took place that is well over a $2 Million Dollar house. That always annoyed me about horror movies, so many have the storyline of a family falling on hard times and having to move, the mother out of work and the dad barely making it, or the family having to move to an undesirable area. But the houses these allegedly struggling people move to are million dollar plus houses in prime real estate areas of a 8,000 sq. ft. mansion of a farmhouse.
