So stupid. There is no way Toby could have had any powers after being in the circle.
Toby should have been tossed back in Hell.
I don't believe the 'Circle' or better known as the 'Key of Solomon' was intended to deplete his powers, it simply trapped him, but I think the holy water soaked sheets over him broke the circle and allowed him to get close enough to Skyler and enter her body.
