is toby the antichrist?

Well , is he?
the movie series made no real solid reason behind why toby was so essential to being brought to life, but with this last movie it had a bit of reference to revelations, bibles, Catholicism - specifically demons walking the earth.
The fact that the Men of God struggled to deal with him, made me think that this is not just some ghost, but the antichrist that was prophesied from early bible days?

Yes, that is the implication.

I have a problem with this because on several occasions, they made a point of indicating that the witches make a pact with a demon for wealth and health and such, but in Ghost Dimension, they are instead summoning the anti-christ to bring about the end of days.

On the other hand, I do have to note that in PA1, the paranormal activities (Toby’s “appearances”) frequently (not always, but often) started to happen at 3:14-3:15 am, which is one of the “witching hours”, meant as an inversion of the time of death of Jesus, so it would not be completely inconsistent with the story in GD.

Well, Toby was a Demon but the previous films pulled it off more better without going all 'The power of Christ compels you!' like a cliché Antichrist plot element especially with the numbers '666' in Hunter and Leila's birth dates, it was just terrible.

That especially annoyed me, there was no mention of the Mythology of the Coven making a deal with a Demon or the ritual that required Hunter to kill Alex as she was a virgin.

I do not consider Ghost Dimension canon in any way, never.
