When did you buy it? I was told that a possible reason I can't get it is because it's either A not in my state or B been removed from the online stores.
Okay, that's VERY confusing because this reviewer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrtrPLqLUO8 says otherwise, stating that the stuff on there isn't on the Bluray or DVD and pretty creepy, even adds that the intro of Paranormal Activity 3 has been removed in favour of the new footage, something I've heard from other reviewers as well.
And by trailer scenes, I mean the scenes from trailer 2 of Paranormal Activity 3, like the part where Kristi knocks on the mirror, and Toby knocks back, lights near the stairs to Katie and Kristi's bedroom break, house on fire, Psychic comes to investigate, opens closet in girls room to find it ransacked, then he's talking to the parents about how the situation is not just related to Julie's side of the family, before Toby slams his head on the table and pulled away, "He definitely knows about HUNTER...."
There's this part where Kristi is in the car at night, the same part where Julie is telling Kristi that she can't see Toby, "he's standing right next to you."
"Honey he's not there-" She throws water in the air, it evaporates instantly and stuff goes flying, closet in girl's room is pulled open, camera light can be seen in the dining room of the house, Julie is pulled into the bedroom and Dennis is pulled off screen, Dennis camera sees Katie and Kristi in the dark, house is on fire, Julie and Dennis are in the girls bedroom at night, possibly about to or try to attempt to leave the house.
A more recent TV SPOT shows the same bloody mary scene with Katie and Randy but except Dennis is also there, then the lights start flickering.
Are you saying that those scenes aren't on the Chronology? Why would he say that it has
new scenes that aren't in Bluray/DVD and the added 's' implies more than the 'tooth fairy scene' which wouldn't be that creepy which he describes it as if that's all there was in it.
I'm probably coming off as 'obsessed' but I just really want the scenes in the trailer, and when I heard they are in it, I got excited, yet I can't even get it so I'm left to ponder what's inside... you know? And not to mention the nice editing to put all 3 into one big film.
Is it possible, that you could.... Email it to me...? Not like anyone would really know, Paramount wouldn't know I don't think, I physically cannot get it for some reason due to restrictions of my state or been removed from stores, so, pretty please?

Well I don't even know how to crack DRM so I don't think I can give it to you but you could buy it on Cineplex store last year before The Ghost Dimension came out. It was deleted as soon as The Ghost Dimension was appeared on the store.
Look at those run times.
- PA1: 86 min
- PA2: 98 min (unrated director's cut)
- PA3: 94 min (unrated director's cut)
If you sum up those run times, it is 278 min (270 min except credits, maybe) in total.
But run time of the Chronology is 276 min (272 ~ 274 min except credits).
So the exclusive scenes are only 2 ~ 4 mins long.
So it means the scenes in trailers and TV Spots are just for commercial and not for the actual movie.
You can see the tooth fairy scene here but I can't find extended exorcism scene in PA2.

Right, but what other scenes other than 'tooth fairy' are in the Chronology?
I'm never going to be able to watch it so could you tell me everything that's on it?

There is a very short additional scene before dad starts some kind of exorcism. As soon as Mexican nanny comes back to help the family, she brings some candles and weird bells(or something I don't know) to Hunter's room where possessed Kristi is keeping her eyes on Hunter and starts singing a song in Mexican. Then cuts to the exorcism scene in theatrical version. That's all and there's nothing more.
This scene and the tooth fairy scene are what they call 'NEVER BEFORE SEEN FOOTAGE!!' in trailer of the Chronology.

That sounds cool, so the part where Daniel puts the cross on Kristi before transferring it to Katie was supposed to have Martine come or something? Pretty neat anyway.
Only tooth fairy scene? Damn, I thought there would of been more stuff, not big, but still.
