Ok so I haven't seen the other Paranormal Activity movies in a while, but I don't understand how the ending of this one relates to the others. I'm assuming the mom is pregnant with Toby? Can someone explain the movies in chronological order. (I understand that's hard with the time warps and what not.) Like, which parts of the franchise is the beginning of the story, which parts are the middle, and which parts are the end?

I personally consider The Ghost Dimension as non-canon to the franchise as a whole, if reasons are required well... they can be seen in the many threads created by me.

I just watched it online so I guess it is the alternate ending. Maybe I should see if I can find the regular ending then! But ya, the one I watched had the mother pregnant at the end, but not much explanation beyond that. So I am confused!
