Why was Leila playing bloody mary?

Because the screenwriter(s) are completely talentless and couldn't be more unoriginal.

I think she was playing with Katie and/or Kristi who were on the other side of the mirror in another time zone. I think that's why Leila was talking backwards during it, i.e. things can be reflected the opposite way around in a mirror. I think the mirror could act as a time portal if needed. Just my opinion though.
