"This close to suspending you" - erm, you're not their boss (Holt) so that's crap right?
How are they responsible for ruining her operation (besides the obvious re: her crimes) if they were following legitimate lines of inquiry?

Because they blew the cops cover and alerted the criminals, letting them know the cops are onto them

Wasn't that a complete accident though, suppose they were legit undercover cops: they would have told the other departments so there would be no interference?
