Why this and not Undisputed IV?
The star and director reunite and it´s nice, but why was this project easier to get the money to do? I thought Ninja didn't do very well in the box office, while both Undisputed sequels did.
shareI remember seeing a video interview with Scott Adkins a while ago and he said Undisputed 3 didn't actually do that well due to a lot of piracy. It's cinema run was very limited and they were probably looking more to the DVD for profits. I also remember Ninja being a lot easier to get on DVD than U3.
The other thing is they can probably only do so much with Boyka and the same formula, but I would still love to see more of him even if it is out of the prison format.
