Agreed. This IS a good show. The reason people dismiss it too soon is because they expect one thing and get something completely different.
That is because it is not the "dumb" Hulk that most people know. Well, professor Hulk has been around for a while, I love this incarnation and here he is portrayed perfectly.
Hulk smash is great and all but it has been done to death.
Here is a tip, watch the marvel animated movie "Planet Hulk". After you enjoy this superb film (you will enjoy it, it is one of the best, really it is) come back and watch just 1 episode of this show... and see what is your opinion then.
Planet Hulk was fantastic. I would love to see that made in live action one day, either as a miniseries or a movie.

I got to 10 seconds and even the large amount of alcohol I consumed couldn't help me. So I struggled and pushed as hard as I could...and I made it to about 25 seconds. I tell you, this cartoon is just bad. I can't even think of a good way to explain how bad it is. It is just bad beyond words.
