I just loved this movie! See, you CAN make modern kids laugh without toilet humor, veiled sexual innuendoes, sassy urban characters, using "Bad to the Bone" and "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" music, and oblique references to adult movies. Keep the Peanuts franchise going!
shareUm, Disney, Pixar and Dreamworks have all been examples of doing movies for kids right. Not sure why the Peanuts movie would be any different. -____-

I agree. It was nice to watch a good clean family/kids movie, without those things thrown in like a lot of movies do now days.
I'm not a big fan of Peanuts the comic strip, or even the old short movies, but thought this was made well and enjoyed it.
My sentiments exactly! That crude stuff is just cheap and lazy as far I'm concerned. This intelligent, touching and still funny movie totally deserved to be a hit.
