Was suicide the main theme?

Cause there was literally a person blowing their own head off left and right..

"Tape 49" - low-life detective basically asking for it (trying to blackmail violent cheating husbands between B&E jobs)

"Phase I Clinical Trials" - the gore gimmick we all saw coming a mile off (plucking or rather carving out the haunted eyeball)

"A Ride in the Park" - the futility of being a zombie--why bother, really

"Safe Haven" - Jonestown family retreat

"Slumber Party" - the porn-wanking guy exclaims something about his life being over--j/k. Actually can't think of anything here, other than bringing the pet dog with them reveals their hiding spot to the aliens when it barks at them

ya, there were plenty of suicides in the movie. But I also felt that fear and running away was an issue. Notice how there were no brave souls or characters who were heroic or redeeming? ...Well, maybe a little with Clarissa... and the unsung hero at the park who appears from no where to shoot three zombies (before getting killed himself). Every one else seemed to be running away in a futile effort to save their own skins.

Smoke me a kipper. I’ll be back for breakfast
