When a business jet accelerates
, or ANY jet for that matter, it accelerates to takeoff speed in SECONDS!!

It doesn't wait around to get its nosewheel knocked off!!

This was made by Eurocorp. Not Hollywood. Stop blaming Hollywood for European movie mistakes.

Regardless of how long it took to accelerate to rotation speed, knocking off the nose wheel wouldn't stop a plane once the wheel was off the ground. Nothing would have prevented the plane from taking off after the car passed under it and there was certainly no reason for the nose to smash on the runway unless the pilot shoved the controls forward. Of course, landing would have been a problem.
