I liked the movie but forest Whitaker always looked hungry for bagels or... any food for that matter

They were fresh and still warm, meaning Bryan was probably out buying them when she was killed. My first thought was 'ask the lady working at the bagel shop, she can clear this up in about 5 minutes...'

The bagel was warm, Lenny had been dead a while, clearly Liam didn't kill Lenny went out to get hot bagels so that he could eat them while looking at his ex wife's corpse... Think ppl think, it was so obvious by the expressions Forest was making

Nobody reads books anymore! Movies are always better, especially sequels 

Whitaker explained that scene at the end. The fresh, hot bagels suggested that Bryan didn't kill his wife. Why would you sincerely go to a store and buy some tasty bagels right before (or after) you kill your wife?
