Surprised no one brought up this comparison. Instead of the one-armed man, they give us tattooed Russian mobsters.

Yep - WAY poor man's Fugitive was exactly what I was thinking.

I figured I would see this here. Yep- ripoff of "The Fugitive", although I liked #3 better than #2. Forrest Whitaker was good; although no match for Mills' "particular set of skills"...?? 😓

Oh yeah, great comparison. I was thinking Forest Whitaker's character was a complete knock off of Tommy Lee Jones' Marshall character, but I never went the rest of the way and thought of this as The Fugitive. I think Forest did a great job though, he was the bright spot in this bad movie.
