Unrealistic.
I'm sick of movies showing someone escaping a police arrest because the police do it incorrectly.
Haven't these Hollywood types ever watched Cops, the TV show? If two cops are arresting you, well first of all, they shoot you when you approach them before you get close enough to disarm them or physically assault them. You're standing over a dead body, and then come at them, they shoot you.
But furthermore, they don't have you get on your knees to cuff you, you get all the way on the ground, fingers laced behind your head, feet crossed, some other stuff. I'm no expert; this is just what they do on Cops to keep the guy that they're arresting from spinning around and doing Kung Fu. You might spin around, but they'll have time to shoot you.
But, let's say that they have you on your knees and one cop gets close enough for you to spin around and knock you out, or whatever. The other cop is not going to be close enough for you to knock him out, too. He'll be standing at a distance, shooting you.
I hate the knee stance police arrest in movies!
I realized that the movie wasn't going to be very realistic after that.
