A better ending might have helped the movie a lot.

Taken 1 was an original idea and different which is why I think people really liked the movie.

Taken 2 wasn't a bad sequel but seemed rushed at times. Overall not bad.

Taken 3 is definitely an average movie at best. I liked the story overall but it seemed so rushed and you never get to take a breath. I felt the ending really didn't close the story well which made saying goodbye to the characters hard.

One second we see the villain defeated, the next they're on the pier, and literally the next second the movie was over.

As a viewer I needed more. I really would have liked to have seen a scene where Neeson's character thanks his buddies for helping him out.

Have the pier scene but finish the movie on the golf course with his friends. I think you would have had more heart out of the movie.
