I myself can be paranoid at times. I am glad he found a good use for his paranoia. He even got praise from Liam Neeson.

It's always good to see him, but his character is just such a flatfoot in this movie. Essentially he chases Bryan and Kim the whole movie, ignores Stuart completely (laughable) and then turns around at the end and tells Bryan he always knew he didn't do it. OMG!🐭

I believe he truly did know Bryan was innocent from the moment he tasted the warm bagels.
