Did the end imply they didn't change anything? I mean they seem to now have the video that explains how to build it with all the instructions filmed ...so in the end, they are still going to build the time machine?
shareI thought they just learned what to do from the video eg what to say to the girl at the festival and what the lottery numbers where.
shareI think since they found all the footage showing all their mistakes, they will do some stuff again but will learn from previous mistakes.
