Steampunk revolutionary war movie

This reminds me of steampunk with the electric device that the evil uncle wanted to use as a weapon against the city. For low budget Christian movie it had good settings, costumes, and okay special effects. Usually steampunk is in the civil war to 1900 time period, and this was an attempt to steampunk the movie a bit. It made it more interesting to me. It is a family movie, and it succeeds in meeting the goals of no cursing, sex or gore.

At first it was like he was Zorro and then they had to have a James Bond ending. Pick one!
