Question about Nomi having sex...

I just finished watching this show, and I really enjoyed it. It's not amazing, but still really good. Now I almost decided to not even ask this question because it will probably come off as me being an ass, but I'll ask anyway. In one of the first episodes, Nomi and her girlfriend are having sex, and she has an oraggasm. Is it possible for a transsexual to have an oraggasm by being penetrated by a penis, strap on, etc, the same way a person who was born a woman with a vagina? Because Nomi doesn't have a clitiorious, so how can she have an oraggasm that way? In surgery, do they do it in a way that the head of the penis will sort of act like a clitiorious? This post is probably too graphic I suppose, lol... but I'm curious. And I'm really not trying to sound transphobic if that's the way my post comes off. And if there's anyone that reads this who has had the same surgery, I'd be really interested hearing from them.

I'm no expert but my limited research indicates that part of the head of the penis is used as a clitoris in this type of surgery. And even if it weren't there are many instances where born-females have orgasms without clitoral involvement.

yes she can , when a penis is turnt into a vagina all they really doing is making the penis inside out inside so getting penetrated is like getting jerk off in the inside. I'm sure the clit is like the feeling of the head of the penis when u play around with it

Biologically, it seems to be way more sensitive than the head of a penis but it's another topic for another conversation and the rest of your info seems correct.

Indeed, but that said, it's extremely subjective. What feels incredibly sensitive for one person will feel different for someone else. We all have our own tolerances, and no one knows your actual sensitivity except for yourself.

Just because the Clitoris has more nerve endings than a penis head does not mean 'Jimmy's' penis head is not just as sensitive. Some women don't even get to the point of orgasm, or without extreme difficulty, despite nerve endings galore.

Fair question but if you know who the writer and actor are you wouldn't ask. I'm sure it's super important to them that it's all portrayed accurately.

It's just a sex-hole with no naturally-secreted lubricants.
It takes a lot of time and effort to maintain that sex-hole with medical dildos and lubricants and antibiotics, otherwise the body will start to close the gap and heal just like pierced ears without the earrings.

Not really though since this is plastic surgery people choose to have. Quite different from lets say finding out you have cancer or MS.
