I agree. It would have made more sense if he justified going by saying "If I don't, he'll be pissed and who knows what he'll do." as opposed to still sympathizing with a guy who's been terrorizing him.

You guys are acting like it's a stand alone film. This was used to build a base and set the tone for the trilogy so enough with the hyperbole. Makes you look incompetent when you guys say "worst horror movie ever."
