Good role for Woods, movie is an okay diversion.

"Open Windows" is an okay diversion on a blah afternoon. It has a small mixture of "Rear Window" and "Body Double" when it comes to voyeurism and "Person of Interest" for cameras watching everyone's move, and a whole lot of of things that you will have a hard time going along with as even being remotely possible. Elijah Woods is the right actor in this role of him playing a fan of movie star Sasha Grey. He has a large website devoted to her and believing he won an internet contest to meet her for interviews he holds base at a hotel. He receives a phone call that will change his entire life. Soon he is forced to do things that he normally would not do, to keep him safe and sound while Grey is...well, if you are interested you can watch it. Spotty acting. Interesting in spots. But too long. It earns no better than ** out of 4 stars, and that may be a weak two stars, but what can I say? I have a soft spot for Sasha Grey.
