I tried to stay up with what was going on but it was so damn confusing I felt like shutting it down. I did stay with it though just to see what the ending was going to be. Were they both in a computer at the end, or in a warehouse, or was she involved in her kidnapping just to get publicity, or was it just a rogue computer program gone wild !!! If anyone does know what this movie was all about please fill me in because I don't have a clue.

Nevada is the world king of revolution hackers. Nick is just some fan who runs a site for an actress. Chord is obsessed with the actress, so tracks down Nevada in order to steal his equipment in order to set up this super elaborate fake-death of the actress so he can attempt to live underground with her. Nevada survives, becomes Nick in order to counter-track and take down Chord.
The end direction with the pixelated film and newspaper headlines etc isn't significant of anything. It's just a way to film the last scene without breaking the rules from the rest of the film.
I commend you because I didn't know what the Heck was going on!!!!
shareThe revelation of Elijah's character being a clone only did it for me. THat's my what the *beep* moment. The writer(s) of this must be on crack while making this story up.
