Belle has been announced as one of the films that we'll be premiering this year at TIFF.

Saw Belle at TIFF today. This is an excellent movie. Great script, wonderful performances, expertly directed. The director, the producer and about half a dozen cast members participated in a very thoughtful Q & A after the screening.Yes, this movie has a lot of history to digest. But the script is so well crafted it never feels like you're being told to hold your nose and take your medicine. And there's a damn good love story in this movie to boot.

NOT TO BE MISSED!! (Was that loud enough?)
