I'm going from memory here and I'm sorry I can't link a source. If my memory is correct, this following was from one of the videos of the publicity tour that Amma Asante (the director) and Gugu Mbatha-Raw did, in which Amma Asante said that when they came to view the scenes that included the movie painting, Dido's face in the painting wasn't recognisable enough. So they CGI improved the scene to make it more obviously Gugu's face.
If that's correct, a copy of the painting itself won't look as good as in the finished film. Perhaps there's a still of that scene out there. I haven't found one but I'd be interested too.
