Terrible

Pierce Brosnan is always fun to watch, but I couldn't get through this one. Everything felt like a cheap version of countless spy films. The R rating proved that stronger violence doesn't make a film better when the execution of everything else sucks.

the banter between brosnan and his ex partner on the phone while they were chasing each other was cringe worthy and after that scene I turned it off.

I usually try not to do this, but considering it was Netflix I figured I would waste my time watching something I actually enjoyed. glad I didn't waste $ on this one.

instead I switched to Mission Impossible, not a bad spy movie.

I agree with your point about the banter. But it wasn't terrible. Just passable, like 80 percent of movies made. Kinda derailed and became very generic by the way. Even a little comedic as one scene involves a determined big nosed assassin disappearing inexplicably without further mention (after, of course, whacking her hacker guy for no reason as she might have needed him later, as you do).

The action was very simple, nothing flashy or spectacular here, but shot well.

5 or 6/10.

Terrible is an understatement, this was fuckin painfully horrible mess of jackass crapfest and waste of time...but if taken as bad comedy it is watchable, alot of laughable moments...
