Was she in cahoots with the suicide killer or did she just take advantage of situation to kill the sister?

She just got advantage of the whole situation to get rid of Michelle

It was actually a coincidence. Diondra had already killed Michelle when Patty gets stabbed at the front door. Then all hell breaks loose and Ben and Diondra (mostly Diondra) use that opportunity to make all the murders seem satanic.
