Did Runner know about...(Spoiler)

Did Runner know about the deal Patty made with the Angel of Debt? When Libby paid him a visit to discuss the murders Runner said he knew who the killer was? He was dropping clues leading to the real culprit. He kept talking about insurance money and stuff like that. I don't think Patty or the angel would have let Runner in on their plan. Did Runner actually know something or was he just babbling in a drunken stupor?

No, he didn't...Runner actually asks Libby who got the insurance money and who the farm went to, he had no info. All he knew about was Diondra being pregnant because Ben told him.

Now that you mention it, Runner also said make sure you're the father. And I wondered if Tree (or Tee, the Indian) could've been the father. Maybe after all this time Ben was never really the father?

In the books the Day family has very distinct hair color and features. When Crystal shows herself she has the same hair and features, looking like a younger Libby.
