Somehow I missed things in the finale, particularly the fate of Deakins.
I recall her being shot in Ethan's apartment but not much after that. I assumed she was in hospital getting patched up but that is wrong. So what happened ?

We know she is still alive and "breathing" as per Patrick Finnagan's pronouncement in the task force - whether or not she makes it is anyone's guess. I think she will as she is supposed to be a regular along with Ethan Kelly.
They said she's dead on several occasions. She died literally in Patty's hands. Which is a shame she was an only very interesting character after they got rid of Grace in even more brutal way. I wish they'd rather get rid of that Mia character, she seems to be written and acted out very badly.
