Are they the mirrors victims?

If they are who is the woman in the mirror driving the parents insane? Is she a victim or a the way the mirror comes to live?

Why would the victims, trapped inside the mirror, not fight back and try to save the siblings and by doing se release themselves?

I figured the mirror is either taking those forms, or those victims are possessed to the point of no return.

Yes. The woman in the mirror was Marisol, the victim of the mirror prior to the parents owning it. The mirror possesses the victims and takes their souls so they could never fight back against it.

They might be conscious of what's happening around them, but their souls are obviously under control of the mirror so I doubt they can do anything.

I did not mind the people with the glowing eyes but what happened to all the dogs and plants the mirror consumed? They never popped up the way people did.
